creating your perfect nest

Nested services may include one or a combination of the following:

Home Organization

No pressure, no judgement. Together we evaluate and keep what you truly need and love , donate what we can, and discard the rest.

Improve Function

We evaluate all of your spaces to find new, creative solutions to organize your belongings. Everything will have a home, which will help to keep things organized.

Home Redesign

Assessing/changing the layout

Not always, but sometimes changing the layout of a room allows the room to function and feel better.

Choosing paint colors

If desired, painting is one of the biggest changes you can make to change the feel of a room.  I can help you make a selection.

“Shopping the house," reusing things you already have, but in a different way, is a great way to start the stylizing process, especially for those who are budget conscious.

completing the look

We can shop together or I can shop for you to bring new style into your home.  I source from many stores to meet all budgets, from finding unique items at consignment and thrift stores to higher-end local businesses.
Home Decorating

Refresh & stylize

We will give your home a refreshed look by updating decor elements such as wall color, wallpaper, lighting fixtures, area carpets, linens and bedding, draperies, artwork, greenery, and accessories.

Nested will shop with you or for you to achieve your desired look.
Home Staging

Ready to buy

As a former Realtor, I know the importance of making your house “stand out” on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).  Typically, when you stage your home properly, the selling price will increase 10% or more. We can consult with you and/or make the desired changes to make your home photographer-ready and help make your house shine for buyers.
